David O. Scott, Esq. is an attorney and Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Ira C. Yellin, LLC in Franklin, Massachusetts.
Licensed in all Massachusetts state and federal courts.
A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (B.S. Management Engineering) and Western New England University Law School (J.D. Cum Laude)
Attorney Scott practices in multiple areas of law with concentrations in civil litigation, commercial and business law, personal injury, real estate, probate, Trusts and Wills, disability, and workers compensation.
He is a retired United States Army officer having achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Adjutant General Corps.
Attorney Scott is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff Officer Course (C&GSOC) (Commandant's List) and is certified and served as a C&GSOC professional development instructor.
As a professional adult educator, he has taught law and business courses at the baccalaureate and master's levels at various Boston area colleges/universities.
He most recently served as the chair of the Law and Business departments at the Boston Campus of the University of Phoenix (UoP).
He received recognition in 2018 as the Faculty of the year.
